Stephen Dowell, a ninth grader and Thomas Dowell, an 11th grader of Castleton and students at Wakefield Country Day School were among those on the honor roll for the second grading period. Congratulations boys!

Reva way grandmother, Mrs. Doris Summers is mighty happy these days over the arrival of a little grandson, Holden Miller, born to Mr. and Mrs. George Miller at University of Virginia Hospital.

Belated birthday wishes go out to my niece, Jennifer Peregory who added another year yesterday Tuesday.

On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Bragg, Kellie, Karla, Matthew and Mark were guests in the Joe Peregory home on Castleton Ford Road.

Our congratulations to William Boyd who has been honored for attaining high grade averages during the fall at University of Wisconsin, Steven Point where he is a student. He is a Boston resident.

All area children in our area, who will be five years of age by September should be registered for kindergarten during the month of April and parents are urged to register their child at the school they will be attending.
