Executive Director The Board of Directors of Fauquier Community Child Care, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director. FCCC is a non-profit corporation providing school age child care and summer camp in the Fauquier Public Schools. Applicants must meet the licensing standards as established by the Virginia Dept, of Social Services for the Program Director position. Job responsibilities will include: staff supervision and personnel relations for a staff of 40 increasing to 100 in the summer; maintaining a positive relationship with staff, parents, school personnel, and child care professionals; administration of the overall FCCC program serving 700 children; compliance with requirements mandated by licensing requirements; preparation and management of the $950,000 budget; and grant writing.
