Association, Mr. Treanor’s efforts are now supported by the five county Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, and he has been joined by a crew of full and part-time clinicians, administrators, case managers and a psychiatrist in providing mental health and substance abuse services to the community.
Mr. Treanor, Clinic Director Kimberly Finn and staff both serve their clientele directly and offer the coordination of services found elsewhere in the county with the Health Department, Social Services, local doctors and clergy, the Sheriff’s Office, schools and attorneys.
