• Hello, Spring! Meteorological spring, that is! This weather is just perfect for optimum learning! And the beautiful spring blossoms make riding to school each day a pleasure!
• We are just about at the end of our collection efforts for Campbell’s Soup labels, Giant Food receipts and General Mills box tops. Our group of volunteer clippers, sorters and counters has been busily working and we are very grateful for their efforts.
The ladies at the Senior Center in Washington have helped us clip and count soup labels for the past two years. Mrs. Min Jurnak, RCES grandmother, has coordinated the Giant receipts effort. She has single handed clipped, counted and bundled over $63,000 worth of receipts.
