Director of Operations will manage (reporting directly to President) all operations to ensure customer service, human resources, sales and financial goals are met Will supervise 20 + employees. Must have excellent managerial, organizational, planning, and human resource abilities. (Knowledge of music industry or CD manufacturing is not required, but good learning ability on computers is a necessity.)

Strong leadership skills, willingness to drive the business, champion change and delight the customer are essential skills for this position. Salary is very competitive; excellent health insurance (Blue Cross) is offered.
