The annual conference brings together 4-H members from across Virginia to learn about the most modem technological uses of electricity. ■ Sperryville Emporium was advertising its 20th year anniversary with special sales up to 50 percent off store wide savings as a special thank you to all loyal patrons. Grand Champion honors in the "Owned” Cow/Calf Division at the Virginia Junior ! Angus Breeders Association Show go to Scott; Updike of Washington. His Pride of Skyway Hills also won the championship in the Intermediate Heifer category and reserve champion in the Bred and Owned Female category.
