OPERATIONS MANAGER

ShuttlePort seeks a dynamic customer service and safety oriented transportation professional to manage a ground transportation system operating at Dulles Int’l Airport. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day operations of the system to ensure delivery of quality service. Responsibilities include promoting proactive labor relations, selection and hiring of employees, employee scheduling, counseling, training, and development. Qualified applicant must be able to interact with customers and clients on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS: CDL license with P endorsement, at least 3 years driving experience, a current driving record, commitment to safety and superior customer service is required. We have an excellent benefit package. We supply company-funded health insurance, uniforms, cell phones and pager. Based on experience, starting salary in mid 30’s is negotiable.
