a white material sack and the sack was washed, bleached and used for tea towels, pillow cases and lots of other things. Later the feed sacks were pretty prints, and these were used for clothing. Scraps were used in quilts.

After the ownership of Randolph and Wilson, the store had other owners.

In 1982, Randolph and his family purchased the store. Randolph has been a part of the Sperryville Comer Store for over 30 years.
