Notice is hereby given that the RAAC Board of Directors will hold the RAAC annual meeting and membership appreciation event, on August 27th, 1999. Election of Board and officers will take place at this meeting The meeting/garden party will be held from 2 P M. until 6 P M. on the lawn next to the Gay Street Theater on Gay Street in Washington, VA.
