Clenard "Salty" "Tennie" C. Clatterbuck, 70, of Front Royal, died Saturday Aug. 19 in Heritage Hall.
Mr. Clatterbuck was born Dec. 17, 1929, a son of Herbert and Josie Clatterbuck.
Mr. Clatterbuck retired as a maintenance worker at Jackson Furniture. Prior to retirement, he was an employee of Old Virginia Packing Company.
Mr. Clatterbuck is survived by a sister, Ella Marsh of Warrenton.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, Aug. 22 by Captain Calvin Clatterbuck at Maddox Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.

Marie H. Stoneberger, 74, of Stanley died Aug. 10 in Stanley.
She was born April 7, 1926 in Stanley, a daughter of Joseph Hilliard and Mabel Tressie Turner.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stoneberger was predeceased by her first husband, James G. Dovel and her second husband, Joseph B. Stoneberger; a brother, Buddy C. Hilliard and a daughter, Joyce J. Dovel.
Survivors include two sons, James G. Dovel and Garfield L. Dovel, both of Luray; three daughters, Sarah Zirkle of Luray, Betty Jean Dodson of Sperryville and Delores A. Mowbray of Elkton; five brothers, Adolph Hilliard,
