Mrs. Peltier suggested reading several pamphlets that are available from the Virginia Garden Club's member services catalog. She also had several suggestions for displaying our own design and horticulture entries at our monthly competition.
This month's blue ribbons for design were awarded to Helen Fairfax and Louise Bondelid. Blue ribbons for horticulture were awarded to Mary Revercomb, Carol Miller, Helen Smith, Ruth Baumgardner, Flo Phillips and Betty Wood.
