As we planned for the dedication and blessing ceremony, Lindy reminded me that the Cross should not be considered a "memorial" to Rick Hart. He intended it, rightly, as an object of devotion to the Lord. Thus it will be considered and revered.
However, I will not be able to gaze upon Mr. Hart’s splendid artifact without offering a brief prayer for the repose of his soul and hoping for a happy reunion in eternity.
