Third child for the Hitts ; Frank and Christine Hitt of Haymarket announce the birth of their son, Jacob Thomas at Fairfax Hospital on * July 16. Grandparents are John and Connie Bauer of St. Mary's, Pa. and Dolly and Clarence Hitt of Haymarket, formerly of Rappahannock. The new arrival joins siblings, Ryan, age seven and Abby, who is five.
