This Mountain Voices column was resurrected in July to provide an outlet for excerpts from fourth and fifth grades entries in the "Rappahannock County in the 21st Century" essay contest. This month's column includes gems from other grade and higher schoolers, from entries brought into the Rappahannock News office, and from a few of the over eighteen crowd. The entire collection of essays will be available soon at the Rappahannock County Library. It's certainly worth a look.
