Referencing Mr. Putnams' concerns of the tower over his property, I too, would be slightly upset about a tower looming 250 feet over my house.
However, his primary concerns surrounding a red blinking light over his domicile and aesthetic degrades I find somewhat shocking. How many sleepless nights would be caused by one light 250 feet over your house?
I would find the blinking light minute in comparison to all of the wonderful stars over Rappahannock that provide much more illumination. Is it natural light? No.
Would it totally desecrate the night sky? No. I am not that naive. And surely there are ways to conceal the base of the tower through the use of trees and shrubbery that
