would make it much less intrusive on your view. If I was Mr. Putnam, instead of fighting the county into the 1800's, I would concentrate efforts on finding a more suitable location for the device other than near my property.
If the residents of the county are so opposed, then I would find it compelling for them to fight all paved roadways and return to the old days of horse and buggy. What about all those vehicle headlights and road noise caused by 522 and 211? After all, it is the c-o-u-n-t-r-y, right?
