shoes, etc. The deputy assigned to the child will give assistance in this area.
Once the shopping is completed, the children will have an opportunity to eat breakfast with the officers. Volunteers will be wrapping the presents that the children have purchased. These will be ready for the kids when they arrive back at the Rappahannock Sheriffs Office. A holiday food basket will be provided for each participating child’s family.
This program was an incredible success the last four years, and we hope to make it even better this year. We are asking you, the private citizens and business owners, to help us in sponsoring a child. You can do so by sending a taxdeductible contribution to "Shop with a Deputy". All contributions will go toward the enrichment of our Rappahannock children’s lives.
The Rappahannock County Sheriff s Office is very excited about this project and we have made it an annual event. With your help and continued support we know it will be a success.
