session, Sprint noted that it had no near-term deadline to start building towers. Sprint was willing to rethink its entire plan if Sprint could be confident that a revision would be acceptable to the community.
The Cellular Coalition felt it represented the major concerns of the county and that a reasonably revised plan would be accepted.
Sprint then voiced its problems with the county's cell tower ordinance. These concerns were the basis of its appeal to the comity's Board of Zoning Appeals. Examples included the requirement that all tower sites needed in a fouryear horizon be proposed at one time, and the requirement of four co-locators per tower.
Sprint felt that Rappahannock County presented only a limited market. As such, Sprint said it would be hard-pressed to find even two other companies, such AT&T, Verizon, etc., to hang their antennae on Sprint's towers. Sprint also noted that the four co-locator require|
