Fauquier Hospital is an acute care Hospital located approximately 40 miles from Washington, D.C. in scenic Warrenton, Virginia and easy driving distance from Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Winchester, Virginia.
Experienced positions- full time available in our Case Management department. All candidates are required to have valid Virginia state Registered Nurse License. Minimum of two years in Discharge Planning or two years in Case Management or five years nursing with preferred experience in utilization review, case management, or clinical leadership role.
