RAA registration

RAA will be conducting registration for the upcoming fall softball and baseball season on ^Thursday, July 26 and Thursday, 1 Aug. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bill Payne Auctions, US 211, Amissville.
Registrations can also be made by telephoning Mauri Payne at 937-4142 or 675r3729, Suzanne Nelsen at 937-3097 or Debbie McCormack at 937-7723 (registrations close Aug. 10).
Teams are available for girls ages seven years, old through 16 years old (as of Jan. 1, 2001) and for boys 15 years of age and under.

The summer meeting of the Rappahannock Farmers’ Association will take place at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 29 in the barn at Alex Sharp’s farm, Mountain Green.
Items on the agenda include: the Rappahannock Farm and Tourist Map; the new RFA web site; the fall meeting; and the formation of various subcommittees.

Fall Soccer
registration
On-site registration for Fall Soccer will be Friday, July 27 at the RCES field from 4 to 7 p.m. Forms are also available at the Rappahannock Library. Parents of players new to RSL should bring their child’s birth certificate. Scholarships are available. RSL will sell soccer balls and soccer socks at registration.
