What nice weather we have had, no humidity and clear air to breathe. I hope everyone is enjoying it!
Amissville Baptist Church sent a youth team to Impact Virginia this past week. There were six youth and two adults. They were Jessica Nawrocki, Lauren Herbert, Megan and Michelle Kennedy, Becca Burke and Rich Monroe, and the adults Darryl Klopp and Kathy Dodge were well prepared for the trip.
They went to Smithfield to help clean up after a natural disaster. I was told that they had a great time and it was a wonderful learning experience.
The Extreme Believers Youth Group meet on Sunday 6-8 p.m., Tuesday 6-8 p.m., and Wednesday 7-8 p.m. Mike Letsen is the summer youth worker this year and he is a very energetic person. If you would like more information, call 937-6159.
