Mrs. Earl Wharton, celebrate another year together on Sunday, July 29 and David and Debi Thompson, also friends, will observe their anniversary Thursday, July 26.
Hope Hill Baptist Church of Castleton held their Vacation Bible School last week. They had a great program and everyone attending enjoyed each phase of the program and the time of fellowship together. Rev. Milton Switzer is pastor of the church.
The new branch of D.A.R.E. Program, which incidentally is for parents, is being held at Culpeper Regional Hospital on Tuesday evening. The sessions begin at 7 p.m. and last until 8:30 and there are three sessions left, July 31, Aug. 7 and 14. This is a program to educate parents on drugs and violence.
