Recently there was a carnival
held in Flint Hill, to earn money for the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department. People worked very hard to 'make sure everything would work out perfectly. These people went to the Flint Hill Firehouse every night for weeks to plan out everything and to check for things that needed to be fixed.
Jeannie Kauffmann was the woman who was in charge of the carnival this year. If not for her we wouldn’t have had one. She organized and cleaned everything imaginable, so everyone could have some fun and enjoy this great event. She got all the games and prizes ready and made sure we had the booths ready. Mrs. Kauffmann also made sure that we had safe rides that were in the correct places.
Many other people did a lot of hard work also. These people helped out with things like, painting and washing booths and stands, hanging up flags, sorting out prizes,
