Rappahannock County Garden club member Carolyn Emerick has won the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs’ Youth Education Award for her work with Rappahannock’s Junior Garden Club. The award was presented to her by club president Lucia Kilby at the club’s June meeting held in the gardens at Glen Burnie in Winchester.
