• Snow really has a way of creating confusion in the lives of us all. Canceled practices and other events, new childcare arrangements, car pool changes and more. Be assured that we’re all in the same boat and perhaps that will relieve a little of your stress.
• Please be reminded that there will be no school on Monday, Jan. 21 Lee/Jackson/King Day. But looking ahead there will be school on Monday, March 25th. You may wish to mark your calendars.
• The 6th - 12th grades Science Fair will be held at RCES from Wednesday, Jan. 23 Friday, Jan. 25. We are still looking for volunteers to help us set up for the fair on Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 22 from 3-5 p.m. If you are able to spare a couple of hours to help us we would be very grateful. This Science Fair is such a wonderful event for our students, but it cannot take place without your help. Please call 987-8259 to volun* teer.
The fair will be open for public viewing on Thursday evening, Jan, 24 from 3:30-7 p.m. You won’t want to miss these creative projects.
• If you are a parent of a child who will be attending Kindergarten in the fall, please plan to visit RCES during the week of April 9 to register your little one. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your child to visit the school and become acquainted with its layout and programs.
