The Theatre at Washington has just announced its schedule for the winter and spring season.
Arcadia by Tom Stoppard, at the beginning of February, and “Twelfth Night” by William Shakespeare, in March, are both college productions.
Love Letters by A. R. Gurney will be performed by Ben Jones and Alma Viator for the Valentine’s weekend.
Jazz concerts include Jimmy Bruno on guitar on Feb. 23 and Ken Peplowski on clarinet in May.
There will be two concerts in the Smithsonian at Little Washington Chamber Music Series (songs of Schubert on Feb. 9 and the Castle Trio playing music of Haydn and Beethoven in March).
In April, The Coolidge Quartet will play music of Debussy and Dvorak.
There will be three community events, with no admission charge. The First is Rappahannock County’s Martin Luther King Day Observance on Sunday, Jan. 20 20 at 4 p.m.
The Rappahannock Association for Arts and the Community (RAAC) continues its twice-monthly presentations of films on Friday nights.
