Rehearsals
begin for
Choral Society
Rehearsals begin on Monday. Jan. 21 for the Culpeper-Piedmont Choral Society’s spring concerts. The rehearsals are held at Precious Blood Fellowship hall at 7:30 p.m.
This year's theme is a walk down Broadway Oklahoma. Oliver. My Fair Lady and others. Back again this year is director Art Palmer of Warrenton and accompanist Helen Dill of Amiss vi lie.
Two concerts are planned for this spring - Precious Blood Catholic Church and The Lake of Woods Church.
A third concert is very possible. Concerts are scheduled for late April and early May. Sites, dates and times will be announced shortly.
Anyone interested in music and singing is invited to join the group. There are openings in all voice parts. Some knowledge of four-part music is very helpful. No for-, mal auditions are held; however. newcomers are asked to arrive early to meet with Mr. Palmer. •
