Essay deadline

High school seniors, including those being honteschooled, from the counties of Rappahannock. Page and Shenandoah are invited to write 500-750 word essays on the subject: “What it will take for me to be a good American citizen in the next twenty years." The deadline for submission is .Jan. 18. 2002.
The entries will be collected from each high school’s guidance counselor i or directly submitted to Mr. Tom Lloyd, 310 Luray Avenue, Lurav. Va. 22835. by seniors being home-schooled).
The winning senior can choose one two week period for the internship in the House of Delegates: Feb. 15 to March 1 or Feb. 17 to March 3. The high school student selected for the internship will reside with Delegate and Mrs. Allen Louderback.
