Next Wednesday, Jan. 23, will be a busy day for a lot of us. Please mark your calendars and try to attend these events, if at all possible. Mr. Dennis Kellison will be visiting Rappahannock to share the results of his Effective Schools Study. The presentation, open to all staff, Headwaters members and the community at large, will be held in the RCHS auditorium at 3:45 p.m. This study will shed light on where our system presently stands regarding the implementation of the Effective Schools process. It was funded by the Greve School Council and Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation.

• The January RCHS PAC (Parents’ Advisory Council) meeting will begin immediately following the Effective Schools presentation. We are tentatively planning to meet at 5 p.m. in the Culinary Arts room on Jan. 23 or as soon as Mr. Kellison’s presentation ends. Please plan to attend both
