In the face of loss, people often ask. “Why me? Why now?" While many are used to being able to grasp and understand events intellectually, death leaves them at a loss for words. At this point, it is a good idea to take your cues from the natural world, which provides us with a sense of coherency. When one's personal life seems chaotic, nature provides a soothing sense of order on a scale that is far grander than any humanly imposed environment. In this context, we can come to understand that death is neither wrong nor bad. Nor is it wonderful. It is simply a part of the natural life cycle. This makes loss acceptable and acceptance and healing possible.
Death can stun us into disbelief. even when it is expected. Something about the sudden absence of the one who was speaking with us a moment earlier, cannot be explained even when the mind accepts life's limits.
