Did you know that, worldwide. more people meditate than don’t? So why is that? Simply put . . . because meditation enriches daily life.
A workshop, “Your Inner Stillness: Exploring Core Spiritual Practices” will be offered on Saturday. Aug. 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center, 11945 Lee Highway, Sperryville. The cost is $85 per person.
The workshop is for the beginning to the experienced meditator. Participants will experience a variety of meditation techniques, learn why some work for them and others don't, and create a personal intention using meditation. Ms. Bean suggests that you bring your lunch, paper and pen.
