The Rappahannock Historical Society takes pleasure in announcing a county wide Oral History Project to begin in August 2002. This project has been funded by the Greve Foundation and the Saltonstall Gift Fund.
The project leader will be Judy Tole of Rock Mills. The interviewers have been selected and training begins this week.
We currently have a list of nearly 100 county residents and former residents to be interviewed and that list is growing. Interviews will be taped and transcribed. Video taping and/or photographs will also be available.
