While a lively evening session of the August Board of Supervisors meeting determined the fate of Sunnyside Farms’ Special Exception application for a Sunnyside Institute facility in Harris Hollow (see Rappahannock News, Aug 7), public comment initiated by Bob Lander of RLEP revealed the thoughts of most Supervisors on the issue of growth and development in Rappahannock County.
Mr. Lander referred to a “Letter to the Editor” that he had submitted to the Rappahannock News for its July 31 edition (“‘Carte Blanche’ Development in the County”) in which he suggested that the Board of Supervisors was encouraging development by approving the “Rappahannock National Bank com
