Supervisor Bryant Lee responded to Mr. Kiser’s request by stating that he did not want Culpeper or Fauquier County ... he wanted to stay Rappahannock County. He said that he thought that the Zoning Ordinance would help preserve the County’s open spaces, and that “as long as you keep the businesses going—like my farm—you’ll keep Rappahannock as it is.”
Supervisor Bob Anderson said that he thought that “everyone at this table (the Supervisors) would like it as it was thirty year ago” but he expressed doubt that it could be done with zero growth.
