Mark Bartlam, 38, died after being injured in a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 234 bypass at the intersection of Wellington Road in Prince William County Aug. 5.
According to Officer Dennis Mangan of the Prince William County Police, Bartlam was one of two passengers in the back seat of a 2002 Ford Explorer when the driver of a Giant Food truck struck the SUV.
