At the August meeting of
the Board of Supervisors, Mr. David Cole presented his application for a special exception for the Sunnyside Institute and withdrew his request before the Board voted. This application would not have reached the Supervisors had the Planning Commission fulfilled its responsibility by proper study, listening and hearing what the citizens were saying and voted accordingly.
