The 2002 Fall Food Sanitation Certification course has been scheduled. The course and ServSafe Essentials textbook utilize the new 2001 Model Food Code from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
This course will provide successful participants a certification from the National Restaurant Association that is recognized nationally and by the Virginia Department of Health. It complies with Virginia Food Regulations adopted in March, 2002.
