“The Wonders of

Wood” on exhibit

The Middle Street Gallery presents a group show entitled “The Wonders of Wood.” On exhibit through Sept. 1 are works by local artists which employ wood as medium or explore the idea of wood as theme. You’ll see a cross-section of techniques, including furniture, sculpture, painting, and drawing, that simultaneously uphold tradition and stretch existing boundaries.

The gallery is open every Friday through Sunday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is located on Middle Street in the town of Washington next to The Inn. Call the gallery at 675-3440 for more information.
