The groom wore a black tuxedo with a black vest and black bow tie where as the groomsmen wore black tuxedos with silver herringbone vests and Windsor ties.
The bride is the daughter of Claire M. Byram of Fairfax, and James T. Byram of Ft. Worth, Texas.
The groom is the son of Tansy Frazier of Castleton and the late Lee T. Settle.
The newlyweds plan a honeymoon trip to Hawaii sometime in September. In the meantime they have made their home in Amissville.
