A community covered dish dinner will be held at the Flint Hill Fire Department fire hall on Sunday, December 15, at 1 p.m., with a Sing Along.
The Flint Hill United Methodist Church is hosting the event, and everyone is invited to bring a covered dish and join in the fellowship and singing.
The United Methodist Women will meet at the home of Maiy Frances Bywaters on December 16 for their annual Christmas Party.
Bill Welch went to Richmond on December 2 for his Orientation to the Virginia Baptist Mission Board.
He attended the first meetings of the board on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Mark and Diane Graves and Katelyn, Edith Graves and Allison Lillard visited on Sunday with Mrs. Edna Lillard.
