Frances Kindall Bailey, 86, of Front Royal died at her residence on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, Dec. 8 at Maddox Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Whetzel and Rev. Diann Whetzel. Interment followed at Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
Mrs. Bailey was born Oct. 21, 1916 in Rappahannock County, daughter of Rev. John K. tnd Lula M. Seal Kindall. She was a member of Front Boyal Church of the Brethren.
In adiition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, Archie D. Bailey Sr.; a brother, John W. Kindall; a sister, Nannie K. Payne and a granddaughter, Wanda J. Long.
