Minutes of an April 1925 meeting mentioned purchase of an automobile, and in July that year a new Ford coupe was purchased to enable the minister to make the rounds of the three churches.
During the 1930s, the Rev. W. Francis Allison made some improvements to Emmanuel Church; at this time the door was moved from the front of the building to the side and a large stained-glass window was installed. This window was later moved to Trinity and remains there now.
The first time that the parish register listed Emmanuel members separately from those of the other churches was in 1952, when 26 persons were listed.
