Loudoun County is seeking a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Registered Nurse to become part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing services to adjudicated youth. Distribution of responsibilities include (1) Case Management for Detainees — 29.5 hours per week providing clinical nursing care to high-risk adjudicated adolescents in the Juvenile Detention Center. Provides assessment, planning and coordination of care, including referrals and outcomes of detainee’s medical care. (2) Health Department Services - 8 hours per week of Field Community Health services at the Loudoun County Health Department as assigned. Requires Registered Nurse BSN in Virginia required or eligible. Two years experience in a community setting a plus. Experience with adolescent health, mental health or high-risk youth preferred. (Hiring Range: $32,354 - $52,736/yr).
