"Things are going very well at the school," he said in reference to its full accreditation, "When there's nothing broke there's no need to go in and change anything. It looks like the way they're doing things here works."
The school’s accomplishments are not the only thing which drew Covington to the area.
He said he and his wife had hoped for several years to move either to the mountains or the coast. When this opportunity arose, he jumped.
"We just absolutely fell in love with the area," he said. "It's breathtaking."
