The Reach for Recovery volunteers answered questions that I didn't feel I could ask my doctor. They helped me to frame questions to ask my doctor. And, it was also helpful to see that there was “a life” beyond breast cancer.
A patient, loved one, or health care provider can call their local American Cancer Society office or 1-800-ACS2345 to request the services of a Reach for Recovery volunteer. In Rappahannock County, you can call me at 540-675-3446.
