I personally don’t care how many lights anyone has around his/her house. All I ask is that people with such lights show enough respect and “consideration" (ref Lindquist) for neighbors that they keep their light within their property lines, just as they would fence in their cattle or pen up dogs prone to killing chickens and sheep.
