Pumpkin carving
A Pumpkin Carving Contest will be held on Friday, Oct. 31 from 5 to 5:30 p.m. at the front of the Washington Aits Building on Gay Street, the location of the Extension Office. Bnng your carved pumpkin. Pumpkins will be judged in the following age divisions: 5-8 years, 9-12 years, 13-16 years and 17 years and . older. Categories in the divisions will be the scariest, the funniest and the most original. Winning pumpkins will receive a nbbon, and recipients will receive a special “sweet" surprise.
