Want to learn about Austrian strudel-baking? Come to the Washington Baptist Church on Thursday, Oct. 23 from 7-9 p m.
Andrea Kroneis, Harald Kroneis, Joachim Orth, Brigitte Orth, Thekla Burz, Rosi Berger, Graham Lange, Erika Lange and Gaby Moschner will share their skills in the fine art of Austrian strudel-baking as well as teach a simple art class on making straw stars and Christmas tree decorations out of pearls. A presentation will also be offered on the history of Anabaptists in Austria and Europe. The event is free and the public is warmly invited.
