I am writing to inform the citizens of Jackson District my reasons for not attending the candidates’ forum sponsored by the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection (RLEP) on Tuesday evening.
It is my opinion that to expect the candidates to participate in this forum and not being able to provide any input is extremely unfair. I received a copy of the agenda and format and with this information have discovered that I am only
