“All of the owners felt it was too beautiful a property to ever be developed,” Luke said. “It (Whippoorwill Farm) needed to be preserved.”
The other owners agree.
“We’re very happy to do this,” said Louise C. Pulliam, whose husband is Preston Pulliam.
“The owners appreciate how special Rappahannock County is with its abundance of natural beauty and open space. As stewards of this beautiful farm, we would like to contribute to Rappahannock County’s unique land ethic,” said Gary Younkin.
